A gyrocopter is an aircraft similar to a helicopter, but with one key difference: its engine is not directly connected to the rotors, which spin freely through autorotation. A propeller drives the aircraft forward, causing the airflow to spin the rotors and enabling safe and stable flight.
We currently only offer open-style gyrocopters, with space for one passenger and one pilot.

We recommend comfortable or athletic clothing and closed-toe shoes.

• If you have long hair, please tie it back for safety.
• Sunglasses and lightweight clothing with long sleeves are suggested to protect you from the wind and sun.
• We provide a flight helmet for your safety.

We offer on-site locker space for your belongings.

Gyrocopters don’t allow for extreme maneuvers like aerobatics. However, the flight experience remains unique and exciting, with spectacular panoramic views.

For safety reasons, cameras, cell phones, and selfie sticks are not permitted on board. Topetop includes photos and an edited video of your flight, sent via email within 24 hours of the experience, for an additional fee.

All payments are processed exclusively through our secure online platform, accepting credit cards from brands such as Visa and MasterCard.

Sales, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

• If you do not meet the age or weight requirements, you will not be able to fly, and the payment is non-refundable.
• If you do not show up on the day of your reservation, the payment is non-refundable.
• You can reschedule your flight up to 24 hours before the reserved time. The reservation remains valid.
• In case of cancellation due to bad weather or other force majeure events, the experience can be rescheduled.
• No refunds are applicable under any circumstances.

Payment Validity

All payments made through our website are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. After this period, your reservation expires, and no refunds or extensions will be granted.

• Comfortable clothing and a light jacket if it’s cold season (October-March).

Yes, weather conditions can affect flight operations.

• If your flight is canceled due to weather, you can reschedule it within 12 months.
• Topetop is not responsible for any additional expenses (transportation, accommodation, etc.) incurred due to weather-related cancellations.

Our flights operate in Punta Cana, from the areas of Macao, Uvero Alto and Nisibon, depending on the reservation made.
