At Topetop, we offer unique aerial experiences in Punta Cana through our GyroFly tour. By booking, you agree to the terms and conditions described in this sales and refund policy.
Flight Reservations
All reservations must be paid in full upon confirmation of your flight date and time.
Payment guarantees your seat and is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
Payments are non-refundable after the due date.
Accepted payment methods: credit card payments only (Visa, MasterCard, etc.).
Cancellations and Refunds
If your gyrocopter flight is canceled due to adverse weather conditions or causes beyond Topetop’s control, you can reschedule your flight for another available date within the validity period of your reservation.
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances. If you are unable to take your flight due to your own actions (e.g., not arriving on time, arriving under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or failing to meet weight or health requirements), it may be transferable within 24 hours, or you will forfeit the amount paid.
To reschedule your flight, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance (individual bookings). For groups, rescheduling must be requested 72 hours in advance. Otherwise, you will forfeit your payment.
Service Conditions
Each flight is individual: 1 passenger + 1 pilot.
Approximate tour duration: 15 minutes.
Restrictions:
Minimum age: 18 years.
Not suitable for pregnant women.
Maximum weight allowed: 104 kg (225 lbs)
Technical Failures
In the rare event of technical failures in the recording equipment, human error, or weather conditions that affect the quality of the audiovisual material, the situation will be evaluated by Topetop management. The customer may be eligible for a refund of the cost of the purchased video/photography package.
Travel Agencies and Distribution Partners
Topetop works with authorized agencies and business partners. In case of errors in the management of bookings made by the agency, the responsibility for the refund lies with said agency.
Closures and Suspensions
Topetop reserves the right to suspend operations or temporarily close departures due to security, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, we are not responsible for any additional expenses the customer may have incurred, such as airfare, visas, accommodation, or other related costs.
Payment Validity
All payments made through our Website are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
After this period, the payment will be considered expired, and no refund or extension will apply.
In case of cancellation due to adverse weather conditions or force majeure, you may reschedule your experience within the validity period.
